Cheese-stuffed Crust Meat Lover's Pizza
Aug. 18th, 2010 02:48 pm1. Mix 1 Tablespoon active dry yeast with 1 cup warm water (you can heat the water in the microwave to make it hot). Stir until yeast is completely dissolved.
2. Add 1 Tablespoon butter, 2 Tablespoons butter, and 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour to yeast mix. Stir thoroughly.
3. Knead yeast mix into crust. Spread out on a slightly buttered and floured and thoroughly sprayed pizza pan. Pull sides of crust a little pass the edges.
4. Sprinkle amount of desired shredded cheese all around the edges of the crust. I usually use about a half bag. Then pull the crust back over the cheese to shape up the edges of the ring. 5. Cook crust about 10 minutes on 350 F.
6. Spread a light coating of pizza sauce over the crust.
7. Lay out pepperoni pieces over the sauce.
8. Mix all your other desired ingredients except cheese. We use hamburger, small bites of bacon and chicken, pizza sauce, Italian sauce, and pizza seasoning. You'll want to have the meat already cooked.
9. Cover with sprinkled shredded cheese.
10. Bake until done (pizza crust should be just barely turning brown) and enjoy!
