13 Days of Halloween 2014 #8
Oct. 25th, 2014 07:19 pmTonight, we've just got a quick little poem, but as always, it and all of my 13 Days of Halloween series are dedicated to beloved and wonderful life partner, Drew. Love ya, baby! :-)
Howling wolves, cackling Witches, wailing ghosts, and Vampire bats,
All have been waiting for this night to arrive,
Longing for a chance on this magical eve to
Lurk out of the shadows, to come
Out and play with you and with me in a
World gone made from too much and too little belief
Even when they see them, they don't always believe.
Eye to eye, they look straight through, but isn't it
Nice for those of us who know the truth and can smile and go "Boo"?
