I LOVE that you have them at friendship level. Because the show is not rushing things between Regina and Robin, and I don't like fic that do. Regina's decision to trust Robin Hood with her heart was partly a strategic decision. No one will suspect she left her heart with the thief. It's also the first step towards trusting someone other than herself, and yes, those are the roots of a friendship right there.
