No loss ever affected him this way. She was always so beautiful he feared touching her lest he damage her. He feels like the moon without sunlight, like a man with half a world. He's empty without her. He'll never be completed. Nightly, he whispers her name and holds to her ideals for him. He does what he should've done then: everything for his Cordelia.
