"Don't tell me you don't want to," Sam says, clearly challenging him.
Dean's mind flips back to another time when his brother was much smaller. He remembers a bottom lip jutting out to thrice its size. He remembers, "You big dummy!", resounding in his head. He remembers his mother grabbing them both, hugging them both, and telling Sammy he should never call his brother such things. They were family, and family didn't hurt each other with words or actions, or so she said.
"Sure, Sammy. Anything you want." Sammy's smile makes everything worthwhile just as his mother's did back then.
