"I know. It's what she want." Chris nods one time. It's why he chose this spot, why he buried her next to the sun flowers she loved so much that sometimes he envied the plants. They always have their faces turned to the sun, he realizes, and wonders if her actual, beautiful face (he made certain her body was) is turned to the sun, too. Does she still see its bright light over all the darkness in the world?
Together, after leaving fresh flowers on Sarah's grave, Chris and Buck mount and ride into the darkness.
