Cloud after cloud passes gently underneath his springing feet. He hasn't ran through the clouds like this in many centuries, but he also hasn't felt as light and carefree as he does now since he was a young Angel. A bright light casts down upon the humans, but none of them know the brilliance comes from an Angel's smile.
Castiel laughs and jumps again, soaring higher but still unable to soar as high as his heart. Dean hugged him today, and in his embrace, he felt his love. His penance is finally complete. He's free again and loved once more!
