"What are we doing here?" Richie wonders, looking around at the beach that's always crowded during the day.
"Are you questioning the Fonz?"
"N-No. It's just -- Isn't this illegal?" Richie nods glumly at Fonzie's look. "Right. You don't care."
"That's right. I don't care. The Fonz goes where the Fonz wants to go. Now shut up, come here, and kiss me." He indicates his cheeks. Rich gladly does as instructed, but as he steps away, Fonz grabs him, jerks him back to him, and lays the liplocker he's been holding all day just for him onto his startled, but eager, lips.
