Lucky for you, I spent Sunday writing up the FAQ for the Public Weigh In comm/challenge thingy, so I can sort of answer this question. With challenge comms, the best way of doing it is looking at what you did last year and guestimate how many you are going to do this year. You don't have to be perfect.
