( She felt like Kitty Pryde standing and watching Pete Wisdom sail away from her, like Pocahontas when she finally realized that John Smith wasn't returning. She felt like Batman without Robin, Cyclops mourning Jean Grey's latest death, and Superman having to fly away from Lex because he knew that it was the only right thing for him to do. She was doing the right thing here. There was no doubt about that, and yet there was also no doubt that she had never felt more horrible in her entire life! )
