From two nights ago, !
4 cups crab meat
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I *may* have put in an extra cup but don't recall for sure. This is what happens when I don't write down the recipe immediately upon making it. Try it with 1 1/4, and if it's not cheesy enough for you, then add more. :-) )
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon terriyaki
8 hamburger buns
Butter
8 Dashes of Italian seasoning
Chop the crab into tiny tidbits. Thoroughly mix together crab, onion powder, cheese, mayonnaise, and terriyaki.
Spread butter across the bottom buns. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Roll crab mixture into balls, one for each hamburger bun. Place balls onto bottom buns; then put on the top buns. Bake for 7 minutes on 350 F.
The cooking time may have to be adjusted on a regular stove. We used toaster ovens here.
