Two nights ago:
2 cups imitation crab meat, diced
5 Tablespoons terriyaki
2 Tablespoons honey
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mixed vegetables
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
Cut crab meat into bite-sized chunks, making sure all skin and bone is removed.
Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
Line baking pan with foil. Bring foil up the sides of the pan. Pour crab mixture onto foil. Seal foil above mixture.
Bake in oven at 350 F for 40 minutes.

1 can biscuits
1 can kidney beans
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
Shredded cheddar cheese to taste
Using cooking spray to grease the biscuit cups in a pan.
Seperate biscuits and put one into each cup. Press down the bottom of each, and pull up the sides to form a cup.
Mix remaining kidney beans, ketchup, and brown sugar thoroughly together. Spoon evenly into the biscuits.
Top biscuits with crab mixture with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are slightly browned., and a simple double layer chocolate cake with cream cheese and fluffy, white frostings topped with ample, shredded coconut.
Last night:

1 can sliced carrots
1 box of seasoned stuffing mix (+ 1 3/4 cups milk and 1/4 cup butter, as per box directions)
5 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon terriyaki
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 pounds chicken
Cut chicken into small, bite-size pieces.
Mix chicken together with carrots and broth. Add honey, lemon juice, terriyaki, and brown sugar, stirring after each addition.
Pour mixture into casserole dish. Spread it evenly across the dish. Bake in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Stir together stuffing mix with milk and butter as per box directions. Spread stuffing mix evenly across chicken and carrots. Bake in oven at 350 F for another 30 minutes.,

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Stir all items thoroughly together in a pot. Bring the pot to a boil on the stove while continuing to stir occasionally., and
3 Tablespoons sugar, divided
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups flour
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate, or cream or vanilla, chips
Stir together flour and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Add butter, milk, and chocolate chips, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
Knead dough for about 2 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin pan.
Stir together 1 Tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of each muffin.
Bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Tonight: Leftovers!
