She stands in the doorway, looking back into their room. She's used to staying in crappy hotels, but after last night, this one will always hold a special memory for her. Her brown eyes flick around the room, taking in the shattered mirror, the broken lap, the fast food bags strewn across the floor, and finally, the broken bed that's been laying flat on the floor since they rode it down sometime late last night.
"What is it?" Her girlfriend comes to stand beside her. There were times she thought they'd never make it this far, but yet, here they are: the only two Slayers of their kind, more than partners, more than lovers. She doesn't have a name for the bond they share exactly, and perhaps it's corny -- okay, so it's damn corny, but B is her better half.
She smirks at her now as she steps back into the hallway. "Nothing. Just . . . We know how to wreck a hotel, don't we?"
Buffy's green eyes are alight as she admits, "We have been kinda making a trail lately, haven't we?"
"Oh, yeah." Faith shuts the door behind them. "Come on. Let's get to the next one so we can fuck that bed, too."
"Faith!" She hears B's laughter, but it's catching up, so she knows she's coming behind her. Their time here is over, but their ride's gonna keep going for a long time. She'll ride it 'til it ends.
