Sam looks up as he hears two shots fire in the bunker. He doesn't dare speak a word as Dean stomps through the kitchen, muttering about how they won't have any "fucking Christmas lights". Sam remains focused on his screen while sipping his eggnog.

Some minutes afterward, Sam hits a final button on his keyboard and closes it. He pours a second glass of eggnog, along with an alcoholic splash, and refills his own before joining Dean in the common room. He grins at his brother's expression as the lights start.

"Nerd," Dean comments.

Sam smiles. "And proud of it."

Dean's brows rise as Benny touch a bottle to his lips. "You drink that stuff?"

Benny smiles; Dean shivers. He watches Benny lick his lips. "Hell yeah. I don't have to miss out on all the fun, brother." He takes a swallow of the rich, creamy eggnog and sighs his appreciation afterward. "That's the stuff. You can mix it with more things than bourbon, ya know."

Dean eyes the bottle warily, understanding Benny's mixed blood with his eggnog. He'll never look at eggnog the same way again, but that doesn't keep him from leaning in for another taste of Benny.
