How Buddy got her name is kind of a funny story. My beloved Jack originally called her Bartina, but Dad couldn't understand the name and called her Bartender frequently until it rather stuck. Then, while watching the first Open Season movie (the only one that was actually good, IMO), Buddy started paying close attention to it and tried to go to the characters on the TV every time that porcupine showed up saying "Buddy". Thus, Buddy Bartender, and she'll be very glad to know she's adorable. She's one who never gets enough attention/praise. :-)
You may want to be careful petting this beauty -- Buddy'll do her best to keep the drinks going as long as she keeps being petted! She never gets enough and will keep butting for hours on end as long as she keeps getting stroked!
