So we all managed to get through those tornadoes okay, and without actually seeing one, thank God. I swear I'll never forget the turmoil of Hurricane Ivan and doubt I'll ever forget the tornado that went down the highway in front of the store I used to work at in Andalusia. Didn't even know that was a hurricane at the time, but all that could be seen from inside the store was wind. Even the pumps couldn't be seen. LOL Well, you know what they say about hindsight. ;-)
Still having keyboard issues, but Drew and I lucked up and found some external keyboards at a local thrift shop. They're helping a lot most of the time, so maybe it won't be too much longer before I can write again. Still figuring out some of the bugs, though.
As for my friend and her family, I haven't heard about the cousin with the cancer, but her sister made it through the delivery okay. My friend's foot is badly sprained but nothing too serious. She will, however, be missing time from work and has to stay off of it for a while, so there's another reason y'all may not hear from me often right now.
