Midnight

It's been almost a month since we lost our beloved Midnight and Fonzie. It still hurts. We'll always miss them, but there was no other choice. We lost so many before from this disease that we know from horrid experience that once it hatches, there's nothing that can be done. The babies we lost to it last year all suffered terribly before passing, and no matter what we did, no matter what doctor we took them to or what test or medicine was administered, nothing could save them. At least, thank the Gods, we finally know what it is and have the rest of our babies protected from it. It's very rare for cats to get distemper, but if you've a feline baby, please, please, PLEASE for you and for him/her, get them a distemper shot as soon as you can so that you don't have to suffer like we have!

I wanted to post these earlier, but when I felt up to the task, either LJ was buggering or I was just too busy. RL's really sucking lately. I'll post/write when I can.

Fonzie

It's been one %^&*%^%^&^& of a week this week! Work is getting worse, and if I have to listen to another idiot cussing me out and stand there and take it, I'm bound to rip their freaking throats out with my bare hands. We found out a family friend has died. Our doctor, also family friends who's saved most of my human family's lives at one point or another although his brain isn't what it should still be, has been forced into retirement due to his health, leaving us to have to drive an hour and a half one way tomorrow to get the medical treatment we need -- on, if we're lucky, about five or six hours of sleep.

I WISH to Gods that was all I had to bitch about it. ( But it's not. )
